In order to maintain a leading position in today’s competitive marketplace, and more importantly, excellence in customer satisfaction, a continuous emphasis on quality assurance is maintained at all levels of the organization. Zone Enterprises strives daily to continuously improve its quality system and is ISO9001:2008 certified. All products are launched and maintained using the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

QUALITY OBJECTIVES
- Work diligently to understand customer needs and respond promptly and effectively
- Conduct surveys regularly to gauge customer satisfaction and areas needing improvement
- Ensure the ongoing control, monitoring and improvement of all processes and business systems
- Educate, inform and hold employees accountable for performance; ensure they are well trained to develop and implement solutions based on customer requirements
- Use numerous strategies to measure quality performance and foster a company culture that embraces continuous quality improvements
- Maintain a quality assurance system in accordance with industry certification standards
